I have known Hilary for 20 + years. She has been my realtor for the purchase and sale of two homes over the years. She is easy to work with, is an advocate for her clients, and gets the job done. I recommend Hilary for any realtor needs. We just decided we were going to come back and live in Montana full time. At first, we weren’t sure if we to buy. Hilary met us and even though we bought the first house we saw with her she understood our situation and showed us other properties and didn’t try and force.us into a sale. Hilary went above and beyond for us. We live out of state and originally contacted Hilary to be our rental manager. She was immediately very helpful, knowledgeable, and open to any direction we wanted to go in. She helped us credential our chosen renter, and together we realized our renter was not as great as we thought. While Hilary was willing to continue to consider them or help us find another renter, we chose to sell the house, and Hilary became our realtor. Selling the house was so easy with Hilary. She had the contact for our repair man who was able to start immediately and get the necessary renovations done within days. We trusted her to let people (hvac, etc) in and out as needed and she was always available to us. She had contacts for cleaning services, but we used our own and she was able to check on their work for us and report back. She really was our trusted eyes and ears on the property during the whole process, and we couldn’t be more thankful. The house was on the market maybe 2 days before we had accepted an offer.

I meet Hilary in 2009 when I started my search for a home. She took me through countless properties at my request that needed far more work than either my pocket or wallet accommodate. Through this she was encouraging, patient and kind. She offered me ideas and suggested plumbers and electricians that she had worked with in the past on home repair.
