I meet Hilary in 2009 when I started my search for a home. She took me through countless properties at my request that needed far more work than either my pocket or wallet accommodate. Through this she was encouraging, patient and kind. She offered me ideas and suggested plumbers and electricians that she had worked with in the past on home repair. Though my plans of buying a fixer upper didn’t pan out (for the best), she was right there with me when the right house came along and there again a few years later to help me sell it after I had gotten married. Life happened a I was in the market for a new home. There we were again looking at houses, talking about the pros and cons. I value her knowledge and commitment to the real estate market in the valley. After all these years, I also value her friendship. She leg has always been there to answer my questions.
